American Patriot Holdings LLC. (APH) was formed on July 7, 2014 as a Delaware, Limited Liability Corporation. APH’s principle office is located at 6423 Collins Ave, Miami FL 33141, with satellite offices in New Orleans LA., Tampa FL., and Houston TX.

APH was established to manage and / or own controlling interests in other Limited Liability Companies, (subsidiaries of APH), and to own other assets such as patents, exclusive license rights and stock in affiliated companies. APH also considers acquisitions and mergers in marine and other industries.
The primary focus of APH is in the marine business. Through its subsidiaries, APH participates or plans ocean and coastwise operations in Oil, Chemical and Bulk transport. In the Inland Waterways sector, APH subsidiaries are finalizing plans to construct and operate self-propelled container vessels.
Through its Management Team, APH has over 130 years of ocean and inland operating experience APH believes the Quality Management System starts with customer service.
APH has purchased and holds exclusive use licensing agreements for several innovative and patented designs, filed by Naval Architect, Naviform Consulting and Research LTD of Vancouver British Columbia, Canada. These exclusive rights include the design for the Ocean ATB (Marine Petrochemical Transport) and for the Ocean Bulk Carrier (American Patriot Bulk Transport LLC). Exclusive Licensing and Sub-Licensing rights are owned for the Self-Propelled Container Vessel design (American Patriot Container Transport). Details of the exclusive licensing rights for these unique designs are in the various affiliate folders.
